How do I register for a course?
Option 1: Registration through our website by selecting the desired course and completing the booking process. Payment by card.
Option 2: Registration by email. Send us the details of your chosen course, your billing and shipping address and date of birth and we will send you an invoice to be paid by bank transfer.
This option can also be used when you wish to receive a business invoice for your employer.
Are there any prerequisites for the courses?
Most courses do not require prior qualifications. However, for advanced courses like the Level 3 Award in Wines, students must have completed the Level 2 Award in Wines or equivalent qualification level or pass an entry test.
What support is available during the course?
Classroom courses: Students have access to experienced educators and support staff throughout the course. You can reach out for assistance with course materials, tasting techniques, or any other questions.
Online courses: Students will have access to dedicated online tutors and support teams who can assist with course materials, tasting techniques, and any other inquiries throughout the duration of the course.
How soon will I receive study materials?
Study materials are dispatched promptly once payment for the course fee is received, whether through our website or via bank transfer. Typically, you can expect them to arrive within a week of booking confirmation.
Please note that study materials are shipped ahead of the course only for Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications.
Can I receive study materials for Level 1 qualifications ahead of the course?
We do not ship workbooks for Level 1 qualifications ahead of the course. Candidates receive them on the day of the course.
What can cause delay in study materials delivery?
Providing an incomplete shipping address at booking (e.g. name is not on the doorbell / mailbox) is the most common cause for delays. In such cases postal services will return the study materials to us and we will then schedule delivery again. This process may take up to a few weeks - it is therefore a good idea to book your course well ahead of the scheduled start date.
Why should I book a spot in the desired course well ahead of the scheduled start date?
Booking a WSET course well in advance is advisable for several reasons:
Popular courses often fill up quickly, especially for higher levels.
Early booking allows time to meet entry requirements and receive confirmation.
It ensures you receive course materials and/or online access in time to prepare adequately.
